Question: How long do standard label orders take to be produced?
Answer: Most general website orders take 10 – 14 days plus shipping time.

Question: What if I am not happy with my woven or printed labels?
Answer: We do not accept returns on personalized items. However, if your order has been misprinted or damaged, Able Labels we will take full responsibility and replace it.

Question: Are samples of your clothing labels available?
Answer: We provide samples of our labels on request. Send an email to able.labels@yahoo.com including your name and where you would like your samples to be sent.

Question: Do you give, sell, or trade customer information to other companies?
Answer: Able Labels does not give, sell, or trade customer information. We use all collected information to process, produce, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

Question: How many letters can be printed on a name label or personalised luggage strap?
Answer: Woven name tapes allow 30 letters/spaces per line, iron on name tapes allow 22 letters/spaces per line, peel and stick labels allow 12 letters/spaces per line, and personalised luggage straps can be up to 18 characters.  

Custom Woven Labels

Question: How long does it take for a custom woven labels to be produced?
Answer: Once you have received an order quote and decided to go forward with a sample (a $50 deposit is required to proceed with a sample) of your woven label it will take 10 – 14 days for your sample to be produced plus shipping time. After the sample is approved it will take an additional 10 – 14 days plus shipping time to receive your completed order.

Question: Can this process be expedited?
Answer: Yes, we can email a scan of your sample within 2 -3 days of your sample deposit. Once this is approved it will take 10 – 14 days plus shipping time to receive your completed orders.

Question: Is there a minimum order amount for custom woven labels?
Answer: The minimum order for custom woven labels is 500 labels.

Question: What material is available for custom woven labels?
Answer: Able Labels offers taffeta, satin, and damask woven labels. If you need guidance selecting what material to use for your woven labels our design team is happy to make recommendations.

Question: What file formats do you accept for custom label artwork?
Answer: Able Labels encourages artwork to be sent in pdf. or jpeg. file formats. This is to ensure that the program opening your artwork does not modify fonts or other requirements.

Question: What do I need to provide to receive a custom woven label quotation?
Answer: In order for Able Labels to provide you with an accurate quote for custom woven labels you must provide your size requirements, number of colors required, material selection, artwork (in the appropriate file format), and indicate how/if your woven label requires folds.
